Week 2

In week two we are going to re-visit our lessions from week one to dial them in. Just seeing something once doesn't mean you've got it. We need to re-visit skills to turn them into strengths. Let's dial it in, focusing on mobility, flexibilty, and adding on weight extra weight.

Day 1

You've seen this workout before, now dial it in, level up, & build on previous experience. If you were feeling tentative last week, try thinking less and just being in your body more today.

Day 2

Welcome to Week 2 Day 2! Another week of movement and core. Recovery is as or more important than the workout.

You need to aim beyond what you are capable of. You must develop a complete disregard for where your abilities end. Try to do the things that you're incapable of. - Paul Arden

Day 3

How's it feeling? Can you increase your weights? Is it appropriate yet? You may feel tired but keep moving. It'll get easier, keep showing up for yourself.

Day 4

Day 5

Consistency is key! Hopefully you feel more confident here, lean into the core work.

Are you willing to be uncomfortable for 5 minutes? Exercise is easier once youve started the workout. Conversation is easier once you're already talking. Day 6

If you're here today, you're elite. It's easy to start the week strong, but finishing strong is where the exceptional live.

Life rarely changes in a positive way without an increase in responsibility. This can mean taking ownership of your health or comitting to a relationship or starting a business. Whatever it is, if you want your trajectory to change, the amount of responsibility usually has to change - James Clear
