You're in the final stretch. This is the last two weeks, time to kick it up a notch. Increase weights, increase intensity, increase focus.

Day 1

Welcome to Week 5. We're gonna get a little non-linear with our movements this week. The curtsey lunge and kickstand dead can get a little tricky so pay close attention to the form. How's that accountabilty tracker going?
Perseverance: steadfastness in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.
Day 2

Remember, it's recovery days that allow you to perform on your work days. Listen to your body and go the pace that you can.
Success is not final; failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.
Day 3

Welcome to Week 3 Day 3. The split squat is such a functional exercise and one of my favorites. Lots of great hip work today!
Under any circumstance, simply do your best and you will avoid self-judgement, self abuse and regret. - Miguel Angel Ruiz
Day 4

By now you should be seeing some improvements in your mobility. Never force flexibility or mobility. Simply create the opportunity for your body to move into new ranges of motion when it's ready.
Don't focus on the pain, focus on the progress. - Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
Day 5

More fun movement! Enjoy the variations today of some of the exercises we've been practicing.
You didn't come this far, only to come this far.
Day 6
+

I hope you've learned to love these workouts and have fun with them. Our bodies are meant to move in all different ways. Have you been in tune with your body as we move through the program?
If people are doubting how far you can go, go so far that you can't hear them anymore. - Michelle Ruiz
Congrats!

Great job! That was a lot of new stuff I threw at you this week. Rest up. Take time to appreciate how far you've come and the commitment you've made to Treating Yo Health. We've got one more week ahead. Take some time while you rest to set some goals for yourslef. We aren't done yet!
Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer's day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time. - John Lubbock
